Felice - one Michelin-starred chef in 2014, 2015 and 2016 - was born in Andria (in Apulia) in 1982. He studied in Roccaraso, in the Abruzzi, a harsh and challenging place far away from home. There, in kitchen, he learned sacrifice and self-denial, but he also took the chance to make a name for himself thanks to his creativity and skills. Today, coming back to Apulia, Felice still maintains his ethic, offering his art with humbleness. He puts his heart and soul into his work as well as into his life. He married Mariangela who gave him his son Michele. Actually, Felice decided to give him his father’s name.
Roberto shares with his brother Felice everyday life and his passion for the extraordinary world of Haute Cuisine. He studied in Roccaraso, in the Abruzzi, where he earned the Diploma in Maître D’hôtel and Sommelier. His study path and experience allow him to give professionality and the best service to his guests. Roberto loves fine wine, children – especially his daughter Sara - and his friend.
Gabriele can’t do anything else but being successful restaurateur. He has mainly worked in Apulia, leading the best haute cuisine. In the end, he decided to join with Umami restaurant to make his experience available to its youth team and to invest in his hometown. He does love his women – his wife and his twin daughters - his trips by motorcycle and his cigars.
